A personal project I have been using for a few months to try out various rigging and style experiments.
The main 2D/3D face rigging technique is one I learned from working with Cam at Dirty Puppet. For the bodies and arms I have mainly used DUIK and puppet pins in After Effects.
The audio track is taken from the podcast Animalators, Which I am a great fan of, and I found this particular conversation very interesting and relevant to modern animation pipelines. I hope if Zac Dixon or Sander Van Dijk se this they don't take my stylised characters to heart!
The floating paper was done with a plug-in for After Effects called Paint n' Stick. This is a great tool for frame-by-frame animation, which onion skinning and loads of brush options, which I hope to use in future professional work.
Thanks for checking it out!
